Whenever I go shopping, I feel the need to wear whatever I bought right away. I get so excited! Hence, this sheer cutout high-low tunic tank. I purchased this last night from Forever 21. Out of all of F21's sub-brands, the Contemporary one is my utmost favorite. I love how each piece is classically chic with a few details that make it stand out. This tank is sheer, light, and breezy - the perfect qualities of a shirt for this hot summer. Topped with my fedora and oversize sunnies to block the rays, it's perfect.
