My mom always clips me a million makeup coupons every week. Hehe thanks mom ^^
Yesterday, I finally put them to good use and bought two Revlon products. The first, I've been wanting for quite some time, the Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick in Soft Nude. I've wanted it ever since Holly did a review on it.
It's a really nice nude with peachy undertones. The formula isn't drying and it is fairly pigmented. I like it a lot :] It's a little change from the baby pink colors that I usually wear. If only my lips weren't so dry!! During the winter, my lips and hands get cracked ;_; wah.
I also bought the Revlon ColorStay "Cat Eyes" set in 322 Nude Elements. It was originally $5.95 but I got a dollar off. Yayay :]
It came with the Revlon ColorStay liquid eye pen in 01 Blackest Black. I use liquid eyeliner every. single. day. Compared with the L'oreal Lineur Intense, the Revlon application is slightly thinner. I think this liner would be perfect for liquid eyeliner beginners since that aspect makes it easier to handle. As far as formula goes, they're both pretty similar in consistency and shade. As a monolid, it didn't flake on me either.
The Revlon ColorStay 12 Hour Eye Shadow quad is so pretty! They're really nice neutral colors. The highlight isn't my favorite but it gets the job done. They compliment each other very nice and would make a good "everyday makeup" look.
Lastly, yesterday I recieved my Arden Cho autographed headshot! She cares so much for her fans since she spent so much money, effort and time sending out free headshots. I've been a fan of her work for some time now, before A.S.S made her even more popular :] She's stunning and has an amazing personality. If you don't know her, be sure to check her out!
